What do I get with each plan?

Free covers unlimited receipts on public feeds, YouTube-connected feeds, one persona beyond your default, and voting and commenting. Pro adds a private feed, five custom feeds, twenty-five playlists, three more personas, uploads, and feed sharing. The Creator and Business plans build on Pro for channel owners and teams.

Every account starts on Free, and Free is a real plan rather than a trial: unlimited receipts, public feed posting on any video, YouTube-connected feeds, and full voting and commenting. What you buy with a paid plan is space of your own, mostly feeds, playlists, and personas.

Business Starter

Priced per seat rather than per account.

  • Role assignments and an org admin panel
  • Image and document uploads

Being in someone else's feed is free

Worth separating from the list above, because it is the thing people ask about most. Access to a shared feed follows membership, not your plan:

  • A feed you have been added to appears under Shared With Me on your dashboard, on any tier.
  • It opens on a video page from the plus button beside the feed tabs, on any tier.
  • A link carrying that feed activates it for you, on any tier.
  • Your role on the feed decides whether you can only read it or can post to it as well.

What stays paid is creating a feed and sharing one. If a colleague on Pro makes a feed and adds you, nothing about your Free account gets in the way of working in it.

The gates people run into

Rather than a full matrix, these are the four places a free account meets a wall, each stated where you meet it:

What you are trying to doWhere it starts
Create a custom feed of your ownPro
Keep a private feedPro
Create a playlistPro
Attach an image or a document to a receiptPro

Each of those shows a plan note in the help article that covers it, so you meet the wall with the explanation already there.

Two watch-along features carry the same shape: hosting voice in a public or discoverable party takes a paid plan, and camera does too. Private and unlisted parties are free to host voice in, and joining, listening and speaking are free for everyone. Turn on voice or camera in a party has the detail.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the plan you paid for until then, and cancelling behaves the same way: your subscription runs to the end of the period and then drops to Free. Plans and billing has the mechanics.
