Manage feed permissions
Control who can view, post, comment, or administer a custom feed with per-member permission levels.
When you share a custom feed, you decide what each person can do. Permissions give you precise control over your collaborative workspace.

How to change permissions
- Open the Feed Manager from any video page
- Select the shared feed
- Click Share to see the current members list
- Update permission levels using the dropdown next to each user
- To remove someone, click the Remove button next to their name
- Click Save to apply your changes
Changes take effect immediately for all users.
Leaving a feed someone shared with you
You can remove yourself from any feed you did not create:
- Open the Feeds tab on your dashboard
- Open the actions menu on the feed's card and choose Leave
- Confirm in the dialog
The feed disappears from your list and you lose access to its receipts. Receipts you already posted stay in the feed. If you want back in, the owner has to share it with you again.
Owners can't leave their own feeds, because there is no one to hand them to. Delete the feed instead.
Good to know
- Only Owners and Admins can manage feed settings and invite new members
- The person who created the feed is always the Owner: this can't be changed
- Admins can do everything except delete the feed itself
- Contributors are ideal for collaborators who need to add receipts but shouldn't manage the feed
- Viewers can still vote on receipts, making them useful for audience members who want to signal agreement
