Sharing a Feed
Share your custom feeds with other users and teams.
Custom feeds let you group receipts for a specific purpose — a research project, a themed collection, a team workspace. You can create as many as you need.

How to share a feed
- Open the Feed Manager from any video page
- Select the custom feed you want to share
- Click the Share button
- Add users by their email address
- Set a permission level for each user:
- Admin — can add, edit, and delete receipts, manage settings, and invite others
- Poster (Contributor) — can add and edit their own receipts, comment, and vote
- Commenter — can comment and vote, but can't create receipts
- Lurker (Viewer) — can view and vote only
- Click Save to apply your changes
Invitations take effect immediately. Shared users will see the feed in their feed selector the next time they visit the video.
Making a feed discoverable
Want to open your feed up to a wider audience?
- Toggle the Discoverable setting in your feed's settings
- Anyone with the feed link can find it and subscribe
- Discoverable feeds still respect permissions — new subscribers get the default permission level you set
Sharing with groups
If you've set up User Groups, you can share a feed with an entire group at once instead of adding people one by one.
- Select a group instead of an individual when sharing
- Everyone in the group gets the same permission level
- See User Groups for details on setting up groups
Tips
- Start with tighter permissions and loosen them as needed
- Use the Admin role sparingly — Admins can invite others and change settings
- You can update or revoke access at any time from the Share panel
